Semi-dry mead, excellent in its simplicity. Noticeable citrus notes, without any additives – only honey and water. Honey comes from the flowering willows in Solbjerg. Perfect for fish, seafood, cheese, creamy sauces, tofu, vegetarian dishes, poultry and meats – especially pork, cold cuts, smoked fish. It goes well with all herbs. Gylden Mjød should be consumed at 6-15°C.
