Dry mead fermented with petals and rosehips. The honey from which it was produced comes from Skannerup. Tør Hyben Mjød 2016 is spicy and really interesting to taste. Suitable for Asian and spicy dishes, cheeses, oysters or cocktails. Fruity and floral notes are noticeable in the taste – the aroma is composed of dried figs, raisins, lychees, acacias, roses, walnuts, coffee, coconut, roasted caramel and brown apples, and the uniqueness is added by a delicate brackish aftertaste. This honey tastes best served at 15-18°C in large white wine glasses.
