Culinary suggestions: "fish, shellfish, white meat, poultry, rice, pastas "
Yeya Moscatel Chardonnay comes from the Finca Bacara vineyard, which is renowned for producing exquisite wines with beautifully designed labels. The vineyards are located northeast of Jumilia, 900 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested at night when they reach peak ripeness, producing a full and rich aroma. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to extract as much character as possible from the grapes and preserve freshness.
Yeya is a white, persistent vegan wine from Spain. It has a straw yellow colour with golden highlights and a fresh and complex aroma. The Chardonnay grape lends sensuality to the wine, while Moscatel adds sweetness. Aromas include white fruit with hints of citrus, tropical fruit and honey. On the palate, the wine is smooth and full with perceptible fruitiness, fresh acidity, excellent structure and good balance. This is how YEYA, dubbed the "goddess of the ocean", presents itself.
It will work well as an aperitif, but will also enhance the taste of fish dishes, with chicken, pasta or a snack of your choice. Due to its beautiful label, it will make a perfect gift - especially for women who love this wine for its delicacy and sweet taste despite its dryness.
