Miodula is a regional Beskid vodka made on honey, the recipe for which has been passed down from generation to generation among the Beskid highlanders. To this day, this traditional beverage is prepared in homes for lavish highland weddings, and its recipe dates back to the creation of the Duchy of Cieszyn, covering the area of today's Beskids and Cieszyn Silesia.
It is made on the basis of Polish honeydew honey from the Podbeskid Mountains and a specially composed blend of ingredients. It is distinguished by its colour and delicate aroma of honey with a subtle note of vanilla.
The precipitate at the bottom of the bottle testifies to the natural origin of the ingredients from which it is made. Before serving, it is recommended that the beverage be shaken to distribute the honey uniformly. Depending on your preference, it can be served heavily iced or at room temperature.
