Winemaking: The production of this champagne is based on grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the minimal amount of added sugar (dosage) makes the flavor profile drier and cleaner. It ages for at least 30 months on the lees.
Grape varieties: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay.
Dosage: 3g/l
Characteristics: Very dry and elegant, with intense notes of citrus, green apple, and minerality. On the palate, the wine is expressive, fresh, with a well-balanced structure and acidity, making it ideal as an aperitif.
Capacity: 750 ml, alcohol content: 12.5%
