This cherry mead is made from Danish cherries and a mixture of clover and rape honey, aged in American oak barrels.

It has a deep red color with an intense aroma of cherry and marzipan. It is sweet, but well balanced with sourness. It tastes best chilled or at room temperature - depending on the season.
