This cherry honey is made from Danish cherries and a mixture of clover and rape honey, it ripens in bourbon barrels, in which beer was previously stored.

It has an intense red color with the aroma of cherry, marzipan and coconut and vanilla. It is sweet, but perfectly balanced with sourness. It tastes best slightly chilled.
