This type of honey is registered on the List of Regional Products for the Podlaskie Voivodeship, its recipe comes from the book by Teofil Ciesielski "Miodosytnictwo" published in Lviv in 1896. It is a quadruple once performed by the Quartz Army during the winter bed. It has a bouquet of herbal-spicy and fresh, honey flavor. Seasoned with spices and herbs valued in old Polish cuisine: cinnamon, ginger, juniper fruit and valerian.
