Herbarius Original distilled gin 500 ml

Herbarius – Polish Craft Gin is the result of passion and many years of experience in the production of quality alcohols. The highest quality selected ingredients create an excellent composition of aroma and taste. Herbarius gin is created in small series of several hundred bottles – each bottle is manually described, has its own unique number, bottling date and distillation (batch) number.

Herbarius is a project of Go Up founded by Maciej Podhajny. After more than 5 years of trials, in 2020 the first 2 gins finally saw the light of day. The whole idea, as well as the selection and preparation of ingredients were on Maciej's side. Drake's team, he was adding, mixing, imprinting. And we distilled the product together. Bottles that you can buy are not our first production... unfortunately, this one did not work out as we would expect, and we want to provide the highest quality products. Maciej spent 48 hours preparing a batch of botanists, i.e. 2 kg of spices, peels, vegetables and only he knows what else. The distillation of small batches at the beginning took us at least 4 hours per product. And the result? We invite you to tasting.
