Kasztelański 750 ml is a drink known to connoisseurs not only in Poland, but also in many other European countries, as well as far beyond the Old Continent. No wonder, since it hides in its composition the best quality dark bee honey, recommended by the Polish Apitherapy Foundation in Katowice, seasoned with an expressive composition of herbal and spicy extracts. As befits a double, Kasztelański mead was created on the basis of a recipe assuming that there is one volume of water per one volume of honey.
A centuries-old recipe that has survived to this day
Kasztelański 750 ml is derived from the "family" of Wielkopolska honeys. If we wanted to dig into the roots of their traditions, we would have to travel back in time to the mid-thirteenth century. Today, nearly 700 years later, you can host them on your table and enjoy their unique taste, among others thanks to the Castellan Double. As then, so now, it tastes great both cold and when heated, especially with cloves and cinnamon.
