Late Bottled Vintage Port is abbreviated as LBV. The basic port only two years matures in barrels, and then goes to the bottle. The LBV is kept in a barrel for a period of four to six years and then bottled. At this point, the wine is ideal to drink and ripe, there is no need for decantation, because most of the fruit remains in oak barrels.

It is characterized by a deep, fruity taste and incredible delicacy, which it acquires during aging in oak. Great Portuguese wine, incredibly alluring, with an intense and long tip.
