Dry, golden mead without any flavors. Only the pure taste of mead based on honey from Solbjerg. A liquor of medium acidity and medium intensity of taste. The aromas are fruity, spicy and herbal. Noticeable notes of pickled lemon, white pepper, coffee, toffee and walnuts. Tør Gylden Mjød goes well with smoked salmon, dry cheeses, nuts, dried fruits and dark chocolate. Keep in mind that in the case of mead, it is important to open the bottle 30 minutes before consumption, as it must have some time to breathe. Tør Gylden Mjød 2016 tastes best at a temperature of 9 - 12° Celsius served in large white wine glasses.
