Honeydew honey contains more than nectar honey, active substances, including biologically active iron. It is considered by many consumers to be the best and most valuable among honeys. Honeydew honey from conifers - can be gray-green, brown and even black in color, which depends on the species of trees from which honeydew is obtained. It crystallizes quite slowly, taking on a lumpy form. It has a slightly spicy smell, the taste is mild and not very sweet.
