Mead Bezová medovina is one of the limited editions of original mead from the Czech family business Pleva. It is formed in the process of cold fermentation. Honey or mead was not boiled, nor was high temperature used during production. Thanks to this, elderberry honey retains all the beneficial substances contained in honey.
For the production of Bezová medovina mead, only multiflower honey, water and elderberry flowers were used. The taste itself is very balanced, earthy and full of impressions. During the tasting, mead gradually reveals all layers of its taste and aroma. The intensity of beige shades will increase slightly over time. Eventually, you will dive deeper and you can find the taste of elderberry bark. Each sip is a different experience.
