It comes from nectar collected by bees from various plants, both cultivated and growing in meadows or forests. It has a light cream color, sometimes tea. It crystallizes quite quickly, changing its color to light gray or light brown. Spring multiflower honey is made from the whole bouquet of spring flower. It has a light cream color and a mild taste. Depending on the place where the bees collected it, the smell and palate of the gourmet may smell the aroma of dandelion, raspberry flower or rapeseed flower. Multiflower honey contains a lot of simple sugars: glucose and fructose.
