What is behind the poetic name "Honey from the forest meadows"?
It is a mixture of multiflower nectar honey with coniferous honeydew honey, which form a combination that is thoroughly unusual. The essence of the best of multi-flowered nectar honeys and coniferous honeydew honeys. Because honeydew honey is characterized by a huge amount of health-promoting values, an expressive smell of resin and needles, and it is unique, because it is extremely difficult to obtain, the marriage with multiflower honey heralds the same goodness on all levels.
What characterizes it?
This variety takes on a dark color. Honey from forest meadows crystallizes relatively quickly, the croup is noticeably brighter than patoka. As we have already indicated, the presence of honeydew honey is associated with an intense aroma, reminiscent of... the smell of the forest. The forest-woody bouquet is complemented by a note of flowers, certifying the addition of multi-flowered honey. Compared with "pure" honeydew honey, "Honey from forest meadows" is characterized by a sweeter, more pleasant to the palate taste. This is due to the higher content of sugars. It contains as many as nine times more bioelements than nectar honeys. Among them, among others: potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese.
What else does he have more?
Proteins, amino acids and enzymes. It would seem that honey, with all its health-promoting properties, are not products particularly enthusiastically recommended by dentists. Honeydew honey is a glorious exception; regular consumption of it prevents the formation of tartar. In combination with nectar bee honey, coniferous honeydew honey will be perfect as a support for the heart. In addition, it dilates the coronary vessels, lowers pressure and improves circulation. It can also be used externally. Honeydew-nectar honey accelerates the healing of wounds and burns, also showing a strong antibacterial effect.
