Mead made from multiflower honey with the addition of fermented rhubarb juice, which gives it a slight bitterness. Pleasantly refreshing. I fit perfectly with cheeses and fruits. This honey ferments thanks to wild honey yeast, and its carbonization (gasification process) is carried out according to classic technology, without the addition of carbon dioxide. Winner of the gold medal at the Mead Madnes Cup 2019.
