One-and-a-half Jadwiga is made from honey wort, which includes bee honey and water in the proportion: 1 volume of honey and 0.5 volume of water. This type of mead is aged the longest, at least a few years. One-and-a-half Jadwiga is characterized by an expressive, deep bouquet of taste. It is produced with the addition of raspberry fruits and wild rose. It is one of the most loved old Polish liquors in Poland.
