Wheat spirit is a colourless manufactory product, produced exclusively by the fermentation and subsequent distillation of whole wheat grains. This liquor has a pleasant aroma of grain, baked roll, crust of wholemeal bread, as well as sourdough. Its acidity slightly increases with aeration. The taste is perceptible notes of caramel, chocolate, and in the finish even chocolate with hazelnuts. It is surprisingly sweet and smooth. And the finish is long and goes towards dry dark chocolate.
