Weingut Rings vineyard, located in the Palatinate, is known for its family traditions and balanced approach to wine production. The history of this vineyard dates back to 1960 when the Rings family began cultivating grapes, initially as part of a farm. In 2001, Andreas and Steffen Rings decided to fully commit to viticulture and wine production. The vineyard has gained a reputation for its ecological approach, balanced practices, and innovative winemaking methods, while still respecting tradition.
Riesling is a key variety in the Palatinate and forms the foundation of production at Weingut Rings. Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked from selected plots in a cooler climate, which helps to preserve freshness and aroma. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, emphasizing the fruity character and lively acidity. After fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for several months, giving it a richer structure.

Characteristics: Riesling trocken 2022 is a wine with pronounced acidity, featuring intense aromas of
lemon, lime, and green apple. Delicate floral notes, such as jasmine and white flowers, add finesse.
On the palate, the minerality characteristic of the Palatinate is noticeable, with a long, refreshing
finish. Ideal for fish, seafood, and Asian cuisine.
