Chardonnay Mineral 2023 is the essence of a pure, precise wine with exceptional terroir expression. The grapes come from stony limestone-silt soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and freshness. Spontaneous fermentation on wild yeasts and aging for ten months in large, used oak barrels allows for the extraction of depth of flavor without dominant barrel notes. The aroma features citrus, white peaches, and subtle accents of wet stone, highlighting its terroir. On the palate, the wine is taut, clean, with pronounced acidity and a long, mineral finish that lends it elegance and exceptional class.
