The whisky is named after a small island in the Irish Sea that has belonged to the Baring family since 1904. It is an absolutely magical place, a paradise for seabirds of all kinds.
Lambay Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled, full-flavoured Irish whiskey blend, matured in a Bourbon cask and, at the final stage, in a Cognac cask. It is a combination of two forces: the famous cognac producer Maison Camus and the Irish aristocrat Alexander Baring, 7th Baron Revelstoke. It is made with water from the Trinity well, located on Lambay Island. It is not cold-filtered.
