Slivovica is a plum distillate of Slavic origin, which is produced in Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkan Peninsula. Śliwowica Podbeskidzka is made exclusively from natural, specially selected ingredients, crystal clear water and the highest quality fruit. It is produced according to careful, time-consuming and committed traditional technology. The distillate obtained through alcoholic fermentation and plum distillation is aged in 225-litre oak barrels. Slivovitz should be tasted - drunk slowly, in small sips, preferably from tasting glasses. Due to its high alcohol content, it can also be consumed in a milder version: according to a well-known highlander recipe, as an accompaniment to tea.
