Gin Masuria Roots is an artisanal gin, made using a family recipe passed down from generation to generation. The base of the gin is crystal clear water, drawn from the Masuria Spring intake in the protected region of Warmia and Masuria. The water intake is located near the 'Oak Mountain' reserve, which was part of the historic Mławska Forest.
The basis of Masuria Roots Gin is the careful fractional distillation of wild juniper berries. Its creation was inspired by the tradition of herbalism and herbology. Masuria Roots Gin is a composition of distillates: from hand-picked elderflowers and Polish apples. The whole is complemented by wheat rectified alcohol. Thanks to the distillation in a proprietary still, we have achieved an unusually smooth, mild gin taste and unique aroma.
