Polish Forest Gin is the first 100% Polish craft gin, inspired by the beautiful Zielonka Forest near Poznań. Debuting on the spirits market in 2021, it immediately won the hearts of lovers of the drink. It won many positive reviews and critical acclaim from the Warsaw Spirits Competition, receiving a prestigious award - the WSC 2021 gold medal.

What makes Polish Forest Gin unique is a concept that is simple in nature - we have encapsulated the most beautiful aromas of the Polish forest in the bottle. We were inspired to do this by the extraordinary diversity of the flora of the Zielonka Forest and its surroundings - the green lungs of Poznan, in the buffer zone of which our manufactory is located. The gin is made exclusively from natural ingredients that you can find during a walk in the forest.

Polish Forest Gin is different from all others

Why is Gin Polish Forest different from all the others? The entire production process follows the rhythm of nature. We have composed the best of nature, including: chokeberry, pine, cherry, cherry - exclusively indigenous ingredients which, when macerated, repay with sublime flavours. In the gin you will also feel slightly floral notes of geranium or marigold. The base of the drink - as with any gin - is of course juniper.

You will also certainly notice the unique packaging. The bottle of Gin Polish Forest is made of 100% recycled glass and the thong beneath the neck, with its characteristic cone, is wrapped by hand.

Polish Forest - London Dry style gin

Polish Forest Gin meets strict standards. It is a London Dry gin - the only gin style regulated by legal standards. The regulations allow the product to be sweetened, whereas Polish Forest does not enjoy this privilege. However, this does not mean that it is a dry drink. The composition is filled with lightness and freshness, as well as an unusual forest flavour and aroma.
