A Growers Touch Botrytis Semillon is an aromatic, sweet wine from Australia. It was created from noble mould-covered grapes of the Semillon variety. The straw colour with golden highlights is filled with aromas of apricot jam, apricot, candied pineapple, almond, orange blossom and honey. The mouth is deliciously creamy with intense flavours of apricot, mango and white peach combined with toffee, caramel and a hint of vanilla oak. The finish is crowned with a solid dose of refreshing acidity. The wine pairs perfectly with dairy desserts, ice cream, cheesecake and creme brulee.
