A wine created from the Durif grape which is a rather uncommon grape from the Rhone Valley of France, otherwise known as Petite Syrah, a cross between Syrah and Petit Verdot. The colour of this wine corresponds to a light crimson red with violet highlights. In the aroma, dark fruits such as cherry, blackberry and even black mulberry. The palate is complex and the taste of mulberry comes out first, which is complemented by coconut, vanilla and the tannins are smooth. Locally, the wine is served with lamb and grilled beef.
A wine with the potential to age for up to 7 years in the right conditions, although opened now it will give back the full pleasure of tasting.
