A Growers Touch Sauvignon Blanc wine comes from Australia, harvested by farmers in the Riverina region of New South Wales. The region stands out because it has access to an abundant water supply for farmers to irrigate their vineyards. Riverina is the largest wine-growing region in Australia.
The wine is light straw yellow in colour. In the aroma we find intense scents of lemongrass, green pepper and even basil. The palate is fresh, rich with green pepper aromas, tropical fruits and a slight bitterness of white grapefruit.
The wine is locally recommended with seafood and grilled green vegetables such as courgettes. It will go well with fresh salads based on aromatic herbs.
Capacity: 750 ml, alcohol content: 12.5%
