Borgo dei Primitivo Rosato Salento IGT wine 750 ml

A dry rosé wine from the famous Puglia region in southern Italy, from vineyards located in the Salento area. The bottle contains the equally famous Primitivo grapes, responsible for the delicate and fruity character of the wine. The pink colour is due to the short - only 8 hours - maceration on the skins of the grapes.

In the glass, the wine shimmers in delicate pink with peony reflections. The aroma bouquet is dominated by red fruits with strawberry in the foreground accompanied by passion fruit and watermelon with accents of orange blossom. The experience on the palate brings a full-bodied structure full of refreshing character with a mineral breeze and a citrus break. The long and fruity finish provides considerable pleasure.

Bordo dei Primitivo Rosato will be perfect for solo tastings during hot days, as well as on a picnic outing and meeting with friends. It is a delicious aperitif before a meal, but also a companion to fish, seafood and poultry. It will go well with pizzas and cuisine full of spicy spices.
