Val D'ocaA sparkling wine from the famous Prosecco appellation located in the Veneto region of northern Italy. It is made from 100% Glera grapes, the only white variety used to produce the appellation's wines. Thanks to modern production methods that take the environment into account, Ca'Val boasts certificates for biodynamic production, as well as the designation of vegan wine.
Ca'Val Asolo Prosecco Superiore is characterised by an extremely fruity and expressive bouquet, full of flowers, apples and citrus. The wine's round and firm body conceals a refreshing acidity broken by pronounced sweet accents. Subtle, pearly bubbles pleasantly caress the palate, leaving behind a juicy and crisp finish.
It is an ideal choice for summer days as an aperitif and the main companion for casual gatherings with friends. It will also be perfect with a plate of snacks or dishes based on fish and seafood.
