Aromas include hints of liquorice, blackberry, mint and chocolate, which intermingle with scents of vanilla and spice. On the palate, the wine is well structured, full of flavours of the aforementioned aromas as well as plum and oak. Perceptible tannins giving a dry mouthfeel. A long, pleasant aftertaste remains on the finish. The wine is recommended to be served with meats, especially beef and veal.
