Classic Cava, a sparkling wine originating from Spain. The Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes are responsible for the wine's character, as well as the 15-month maturation period. Cava is produced using the traditional method, also known as the Champagne method, which means that a second fermentation takes place in the bottles.
Cava Stars Brut Reserva in the glass exudes a yellow colour with green reflections. The aromatic bouquet is full of hints of fruit with yeasty accents resulting from ageing. On the palate, delicate, silky bubbles are perfectly balanced with a ripe character and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and extremely pleasant.
This wine will be perfect as an aperitif, but also with meals based on seafood and fish. A board of hors d'oeuvres will also be a suitable partner for a glass of Cava. The mature character of the wine also makes it an excellent choice for a toast.
