Sambucus Nigra is a mead - triple mead - based on water, elderflower extract and multi-flower honey. Aged one year before bottling, it was produced in a small, artisanal meadery in Duchnów. The taste is light and floral. The acidity of the elderflower balances perfectly with the initial sweetness. More dry, it deviates from the classic, heavy and sweet meads. It finds its way perfectly into the role of a spritzer. Refrigerate before serving.
