The document certifies that the entire production line and raw materials have been checked by the Rabbi and approved by him. Nose: subtle sweet and slightly fruity, some parsley, celery, baked potato skin, starch, hints of pepper and cumin, the alcohol is pronounced but not aggressive, after a while potato notes appear
Mouth: fresh, soft, sweet and slightly mineral, we find vanilla and boiled potatoes, grape skins, starchy
Aftertaste: the finish surprises with notes of cranberries and soft pepper, topped off with vanilla and honey
