Dry white wine from Piedmont, a wine region of Italy located in the north of the country. It is produced from the lesser-known local variety Favorita, which grows on 35-year-old vines. This grape is sometimes compared to Vermentino. In the glass, the wine exudes freshness and a beautiful aroma of white fruits and flowers. The delicate flavour on the palate is perfectly complemented by notes of well-balanced acidity and minerality. An exquisite bottle to open with fish-based dishes, but also as an aperitif or when meeting with friends.
