Gosset Excellence Extra Brut champagne 750 ml

Gosset Extra Brut Champagne is made from a blend of Chardonnay (32%), Pinot Noir (45%) and Pinot Meunier (23%) varietals from the villages of; Cumieres, Boursault, Janvry, Chavot, Vertus, Cuis, Avenay, Tauxieres, Louvois, Villers-Marmery, Trépail. The vinification and aging of the champagne for three years on yeast introduces a unique balance between freshness, fruitiness and lively acidity, and roundness and smoothness of flavour. All this contributes to the complexity of Gosset Extra Brut Champagne. The champagne is light golden in colour, with persistent bubbles. On the nose, the Champagne is rich in aromas of white flowers such as acacia and hawthorn, accentuated by the sweeter, juicy aroma of pear. The same accents will also be felt on the palate underlined by flavours of peaches and mirabelles. It will perfectly underline the taste of roast pork (with plum or honey aroma) or chicken with cashew nuts.
