Mead of medium intensity, characterized by a fruity-spicy aroma. The taste is clearly felt figs, plums, sweet tobacco, coffee, bitter almonds, walnuts and light smoke. The taste can be described as semi-sweet with a slightly sour note, without a trace of bitterness. This liquor gives the best taste experience cooled to a temperature of 12-14 degrees Celsius and goes perfectly with tapas, blue cheeses, mushrooms, ragout, venison, beef and pork dishes.
