A dry white wine from the mountainous region of northern Italy, Alto Adige. The region's climate, abundant with cool nights during the maturation phase, creates wines with good structure and at the same time a pleasant freshness. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grape.
On the palate, this slightly mineral white wine is full of round notes, with well-balanced acidity giving a feeling of freshness, on the palate it is slightly spicy with pronounced fruity notes of pineapple, banana and ripe pear.
It pairs well with mushroom dishes and goes very well with fish and seafood, asparagus or even grilled vegetables. Also recommended as an aperitif wine.
