An exceptional wine produced from 100% Malbec varietal in Mendoza, the wine region of Argentina. It owes its character to the unique terroir of the vineyards located in Paraje Altamira, as well as maturation for 12 months in oak barrels, where the wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Before going out into the world, De Sange rests for a further 6 months in bottle.
The bright red emanates from the glass at first sight, captivating also with dark reflections. An intriguing minerality shines through among the aromas, complemented by juicy red fruits, including cherries and strawberries. On the palate, the wine reveals a full, powerful structure, under which hides a pronounced but perfectly harmonised acidity. Pleasant tannins and a long finish put the dot over the "i" during the tasting.
Luigi Bosca De Sange is an excellent choice to accompany red meats - beef, but also venison and venison served with grilled vegetables. It has a maturation potential of up to 10 years, which also makes this wine a good addition to the wine cellar.
