Luigi Bosca Pinot Noir has a light ruby colour. A delicate bouquet of red fruits and vanilla floats gently from the glass. A lively, fresh and delicate mouthfeel. Medium-bodied and dry on the palate with balanced acidity and velvety tannins. Complex but simple character with a flavour profile of cherries, strawberries and vanilla spice. Long oaky finish.
The grapes go through a manual harvest, bunch selection, de-stalking and manual grain selection. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged partly in new French oak barrels and partly in used barrels for 12 months.
Capacity: 750 ml, alcohol content: 12.8%
