Luzon Collecion Monastrel is a blend of two varietals: monastrell and syrah. It is a Spanish dry wine with an intense red colour with violet accents. On the nose, the wine is clean, very aromatic, with intense notes of red and black fruits, very pleasant. On the palate it is soft and warm, with very harmonious acidity and a large portion of fruitiness. It will go well with beef and goat's cheese.
