A rarity from the Veneto. Valpolicella Superiore coming from under the wings of a disciple of the great Giuseppe Quintarelli. The extremely low yield and hard selection of the grapes yields a juice of excellent quality. In addition, this grape is dried for three months to press the purest essence of local varietals. Aged in French barrels, it captivates with its massive, uncompromising, peaty-pelargonous style.
