An elegant, stylish wine with very fine tannins and a pleasant taste. The grapes are harvested by hand, after which the grape must, together with the skins, is macerated for 5 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. On tasting, aromas of bright red cherries, dried herbs and floral notes such as rose and violets are noticeable. On the palate, we find an aftertaste of plum, cherries and dried fruit, combined with fresh acidity, fine tannin. The wine is often considered the younger brother of Barolo. Recommended to serve solo or paired with meat and game. Mauro Molino Langhe Nebbiolo DOC has received 91 points from Robert Parker, confirming its exceptional quality.
