Honey, from which Medovina is made from slunečnicového medu contains a large amount of pollen, it is in it that the very beginning of the taste of mead is made. In this honey there is also a bitter-sweetish aftertaste of sunflower pollen. Therefore, we recommend that you evaluate the taste only after the third sip.
