Mirabelka liqueur - properties

Mature mirabelka are inconspicuous, yellow-orange fruits with a spherical or egg-shaped shape and a diameter of about 3 cm. Mirabelka are sweet with a delicate hint of tangy and sour flavour. Mirabelka is good for your health - it has a positive effect on improving blood circulation, relieves inflammation, prevents anaemia and atherosclerosis. All this is due to the fact that the skin hides a real cocktail of vitamins - A, E, C from the B group, as well as folic acid and mineral salts. When drowned in our alcohol, they not only enjoy a unique taste, aroma and colour.

When to use mirabelka tincture?

Mirabelka liqueur is part of our seasonal collection. We recommend it for highlighting special moments spent with loved ones. It is excellent for unhurried savouring, not only on autumn evenings. For our Mirabelka liqueur, we use only ripe fruit, crystal-clear water from a deep well and spirit that has been distilled and rectified many times. We have been making it for nearly 70 years - with the heart and passion ingrained in us by our grandfather, Antoni Ima. The manual combination of all ingredients results in a unique beverage with an enchanting colour and a strength of 30%, which, when consumed in autumn, will bring back the best moments of summer. Although it is difficult to deny its sweetness, a true connoisseur will sense a delicately sour note on the palate to enhance the taste experience.
