Multiflower creamed honey has a light creamy color, sometimes tea. It crystallizes quite quickly, changing its color to light gray or light brown. It is characterized by a fairly strong smell, reminiscent of the smell of wax, and its taste depends on the mixture of nectars brought to the hive. Spring multiflower honey is made from the whole bouquet of spring flower. It has a light cream color and a mild taste. Depending on the place where the bees collected it, the smell and palate of the gourmet may smell the aroma of dandelion, raspberry flower or rapeseed flower.
Multiflower honey contains a lot of simple sugars: glucose and fructose. It is recommended for allergy sufferers, those allergic to pollen and people suffering from hay fever. This honey does not sensitize. Its medicinal qualities depend on the plants from which the bees have collected nectar. It is recommended especially in the prevention of allergic diseases, because it contains pollen, which act as antigens. The technique of preparing cream honeys consists in mechanical mixing of the pathoki freshly obtained from bees until crystallization. Mixing prevents the formation of thick sugar crystals in the croup. Thanks to this, this honey does not crystallize hard. It should be added that during this process nothing is added to the honey, nor is anything taken from it.
