Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie Vieilles Vignes wine 750 ml
Domaine Poiron DabinMuscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie was subjected to the sur lie method for four months, which means that the wine lay over yeast lees for this time. This treatment increases the extractivity and enriches the aromatic palette. In the aroma, crispness and subtle hints of citrus fruit are noticeable. On tasting, there is a lot of minerality, which harmonises well with the noticeable melon and salty notes. In the kitchen, it will work well as an aperitif and accompaniment to seafood, fish and goat's cheese. This wine comes from the oldest appellation in the Loire Valley, Sevre et Maine, where producer Poiron Dabin has as much as 72 ha under cultivation.
