Rye 2019 is the most expansive of the grain spirits. The grainy, beer-like aroma present throughout the tasting is complemented by herbal and citrus flavours and a powerful finish with a noticeable cocoa bitterness.

The spirit won a gold medal in the 2020 Warsaw Spirits Competition.

The spirits from Podol Wielki are created to defy white spirits' desire for neutrality. By using the highest quality raw materials and distilling in a custom-made copper column, it has been possible to preserve the flavour of the raw material in the final product. This approach to distillation results in a variation of taste depending on the year, field or variety of potatoes and grains. This is why Podole Wielkie spirits are vintageised and their production philosophy is analogous to the French terroir.
