Furmint Mandolas is a white Hungarian wine, very original and surprising. Above all, it is dry, which until recently was a great novelty, as Hungarian wines were mainly associated with sweet wines. Oremus is one of the leading producers. Mendolas is the epitome of elegance and freshness. In the nose we can sense apple, apricot and quince. The taste is crystal clear and well balanced, with a citrus and almond finish and a great balance of acidity. Wine Enthusiast magazine commented briefly ".... for a wine of this class, the price is extraordinary".
