OVII spirit from pears 500 ml

The French drink eau-de-vie, the English have fruit brandy, the Germans have Schnaps, and we have spirits. However, the idea is the same and seemingly simple: distillation of the most expressive essence from the best quality fruit. Theory for yourself, and practice for yourself, because controlling all the variables in this process is basically impossible. Therefore, the number of possible combinations and results is virtually infinite, and we have the ambition to know as many of them as possible!

Fruit distillate from pears is a classic in which connoisseurs from all over the world are fond of. This is due not only to the unique taste of the fruits themselves, but above all to their unique composition and permission to give yeast valuable qualities during fermentation. Pear spirit is also an excellent proposition to start the adventure with tasting distillates.

OVII pear spirit is the result of several days of maceration of whole fruits, followed by their distillation twice, during which we reject up to half of the spoil as fractions containing heavy metals and unpleasant moonshine notes. One bottle consists of approx. 12kg of fruit. All aromatic and flavor notes come from fruits – in the production process we do not add any aromas, dyes or improvers.

Pleasant pear aroma complemented by notes of elderberry. The taste is pleasant, fruity, with well-integrated alcohol and a long, memorable finish.
